Receive personalized one-on-one boxing training with our experienced coach. This session is tailored to your skill level and goals, focusing on technique, conditioning, and strategy.

Cancellation Policy

We get it, sometimes life happens and you can’t make it to your class. That said, we encourage you to cancel your reservation through the app as far in advance as possible. Reservations can be cancelled via the app to 12 hours prior to start time with no charge, the amount used for the reservation will be returned to your credit card. Cancellations within 12 hours of class time will result in a cancellation fee in the amount of the class purchased.
